COLUMBUS, Ohio - An Ohio appeals court has reinstated prostitution charges against 19 dancers accused in an alleged sex-for-hire scheme at an Austintown night spot.

Appeals court judges say a lower court judge shouldn't have rejected the use of surveillance videos as evidence against dancers from the Go Go Cabaret.

The videos were on the cabaret's computers that were seized by police with a search warrant in 2009.

The appeals court ruled the security camera recordings, which allegedly provide evidence of prostitution, do not violate state or federal wiretap laws.
