GIRARD, Ohio - Three people had to be rescued from a burning house in Girard on Monday.
Firefighters arrived at an apartment on Patricia Drive and found two teenage girls dangling from a window.
Firefighters rescued the girls and a man who was sleeping in the basement.
The rest of the building was evacuated.
The girls were taken to the hospital. Their injuries are not serious.
Investigators blame the blaze on an unattended kitchen flame.
