UPDATED: Driver cited in tractor trailer rollover on State Route 5 in Warren

WARREN, Ohio -The driver of a tractor trailer has been cited for unsafe speed and failure to wear a seatbelt after rolling his vehicle over in Warren.

According to a police relese, 45-year-old Wanaka Chea of Cleveland was driving a 2000 international tractor trailer carrying two large steel coils on State Route 5 westbound. After failing to make a turn on the 422 off ramp, one of the coils came off, rolling to the opposite side of US 422.

The vehicle then rolled over on the driver's side.

US 422 was closed for about three hours while officials worked to clean up the accident. Chea was transported to the Trumbull Memorial Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
