Dog rescue caught on tape

BRISTOLVILLE, Ohio - An icy rescue in Trumbull County is caught on video by a member of the 21 News Street Team.

Bristolville firefighters were called to a pond on Corey Hunt Road Friday morning to save a dog stranded on the ice.

Crews pulled an inflatable boat across the surface and coaxed the pooch on board.

The dog, named Lori, is now safe, sound and warm with her owner.

    Boardman Police have arrested a man who officers say confessed to being a drug dealer. Police pulled over a car on Route 224 Wednesday evening for an alleged traffic violation and found that 25-year-old Julian Missioni, was driving with a suspended license. When Missioni denied officers permission to search his car, they called in a drug-sniffing K9 who indicated the presence of narcotics in the car, according to the police report.
