YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - ATM users at PNC Bank now have more options when they get cash.
Most Automatic Teller Machines only offer cash in multiples of twenty dollar bills.
But PNC is rolling out ATMs that offer denominations as small as one dollar.
PNC has already installed the machines at branches on Belmont Avenue in Liberty Township and Youngstown-Poland Road in Struthers. They'll also install another one at the Meridian Road branch.
