Drugs, alcohol reported in fatal crash

EAST PALESTINE, Ohio - A 20-year-old-man killed in a one-car collision in Unity Township in November had evidence of alcohol and drugs in his system when he died, the Ohio State Highway Patrol reports.

The Columbiana County Coroner's Office found that Taylor D. Bilbo, Glenwood Avenue, had a blood-alcohol level of .208 and tested positive for marijuana, cocaine and Benzodiazepines Diazepam when he crashed a stolen vehicle on November 18th at the intersection of state Routes 558 and 46.

The crash occurred when the 2007 Chevy 1500 truck Bilbo was driving 98 mph in a 55 mph zone went into and launched out of a ditch then struck a tree while airborne. Bilbo was ejected out of the vehicle and  pronounced dead on scene.
