VIENNA, Ohio - The Western Reserve Port Authority filed a complaint against 15 gas and oil companies in the Trumbull County Common Pleas Court.
According to our print partner, The Vindicator, the port authority looks to clarify mineral rights around the Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport in Vienna.
The complaint calls for some leases to be terminated and some mineral rights to be reverted back to the port authority.
If the complaint succeeds, the port authority could receive millions of dollars in leases and mineral rights.
