AUSTINTOWN, Ohio - A Super Bowl party is not complete without pizza!

It's the busiest day of the year for Wedgewood Pizza in Austintown.

Every employee on the payroll and even some volunteers show up as early as 5:00 a.m. to start making the dough and getting all the toppings ready.

They go through hundreds of pounds of flour, cheese and sauce on Super Bowl Sunday.

"Today I make 2,000-3,000 pizzas. I got dough everywhere, in the cooler outside, inside. From five o'clock I make the dough," said Fernando Riccioni, owner of the Austintown Wedgewood Pizza.

Things got so busy at Wedgewood on Sunday they had to stop taking orders from 4:00-6:00 p.m. because they were busy placing hundreds of orders.

Fernando has been making pizzas in the Youngstown area for over 45 years.
