Updated:

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Two people are in jail charged in connection with Youngstown's first murder of the year.

Thirty-two-year old Larry Blue of Youngstown is being held on one and a quarter million dollars bond on a murder charge.

Police say he shot two men last week at the Rockford Village development, killing David Stokes of Columbiana County.

Alleged accomplice, 19-year-old Khadijah Payden Briggs, is jailed on a quarter of a million dollars bond.

Investigators say she arranged a drug deal between the two victims and Blue.
