Oxygen tank may not have been cause of Howland fire

Updated:

HOWLAND, Ohio - Howland fire investigators have determined the use of oxygen may not have been a contributing factor in a deadly blaze.

Seventy-one-year old Joyce Baker died as the result of smoke inhalation when a fire started in her home on Deforest Road on January 25th.

Her son reported that she did not use the oxygen regularly and she was not using it when he saw her earlier that day.
