Two men in court for allegedly stealing copper in Hubbard

HUBBARD, Ohio - Two men were in court on Monday accused of stealing copper from a vacant home in Hubbard.

Gerald Kruest of Hubbard and Johnny Root of West Middlesex are each charged with breaking and entering, and obstructing official business.

Johnny Root is also charged with possessing criminal tools.
