AUSTINTOWN, Ohio - A judge found enough evidence to send the case of Joe Borosky, the former Craig Beach police chief, to the Mahoning County Grand jury for further consideration.

Borosky and Craig Beach councilwoman Wanda Sabol are accused of lying about evidence being used in a disciplinary investigation against Borosky in August.

He was fired after a cruiser camera video showed Borosky dragging a woman out of car.

Borosky and Sabol testified the video, which has no sound, had sound when they first listened to it.
