YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A historic Youngstown bar is robbed at its new location.
Cedar's closed its downtown Youngstown location just last week and relocated to 706 Steel Street.
According to a police report, the robbery occurred shortly after midnight on Wednesday.
The owner of the bar, William Danielson, said that four 48 inch LCD flat screen televisions and about a dozen bottles of alcohol were taken.
Police suspect that a person or persons may have entered the building by the roof and used a piece of tile to open the west rear door to exit.
The owner said that he has tracking identification for the TVs and will provide that to police to help in the investigation.
Cedar's faced closing after new owners of the building said it would not fit in with their new expansion plan. The new location is the former location of the County Maigh Eo.
The downtown building was sold to the Gatta Company last year.
