Updated:

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The former treasurer of the Poland Swim Club was ordered to repay $25,000 to the group.

Brad Sackella was sentenced to pay restitution and probation after pleading guilty to the theft last December.

Sackella presented a check for $15,000 to make up the remainder of what he owed the club.

He was also sentenced to 120 days electronically-monitored house arrest.

Sackella is also being sued by a former business partner, certified public accountant Addison Fluent.

Fluent claims Sackella's theft damaged his reputation and business and is seeking $175,000 in damages.
