WELLSVILLE, Ohio - Wellsville police seized a building housing a bar and drive through after receiving numerous complaints over the past four years.

The building located on Main Street is home to Joe's Bar and Grill, Howie's Drive Thru and two apartments.

At a February 19th hearing, police will request that the building be shut down for a year. At the end of that year, police plan to ask it be shut down for good.

One hundred and sixty reports of complaints against the businesses or involving police intervention at the building will be used as evidence in the case.

The families living in the apartments were asked to vacate when police seized the building.
