2 charged in connection with Youngstown shooting due back in court next week

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Two 19-year-old men from Pittsburgh charged in connection with the weekend shooting of a Youngstown State University student are due back in court next week.

On Tuesday, a judge set bond at $50,000 for Sylean Wilson who is charged with four counts of felonious assault.

Police say he fired a gun into a car containing four people near the YSU campus early Sunday.

Twenty-three-year old nursing student Brittany Johnson was wounded in the stomach.

Rashaad Lewis is charged with obstruction. Police say Lewis slammed the door in the face of investigating officers.
