YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A Youngstown man has plead guilty in his role for a double murder.

Joseph Moreland plead guilty for his role in the 2009 double murder of cousins 20-year-old Jaron L. Roland and 19-year-old Darry B. Woods-Burt Jr.

They were found in a burning car near the Mahoning River bound with duct tape and bags covering their heads.

Moreland was sentenced to 17 years in prison.

In 2011, another defendant, Lorenza Barnette, was sentenced to life in prison for his role in the killings.

Jury selection began Wednesday morning for a third defendant, Kenneth Moncrief, who is charged with aggravated murder. He could face a life sentence if convicted.
