WARREN, Ohio - The trial of a Warren man facing four felony charges of gross sexual imposition is underway.
James Plevyak, 31 of Idylwild Street, is accused of molesting a boy he was baby-sitting about two years ago when the boy was 10-years-old.
When questioned by the defense, the alleged victim told him Plevyak exposed himself while giving him a bath and on several other occasions.
The boy testified in a Trumbull County courtroom Wednesday that Plevyak inappropriately touched him several times.
Plevyak is already registered as a tier two sex offender according to the Trumbull County Sheriff's Office.
He faces prison time if he's convicted on any of the charges he faces.
