BOARDMAN, Ohio – Nationwide Mutual Insurance is taking a Boardman woman back to court.
Christine Lucarell, an insurance agent, was granted over $42 million by a jury against Nationwide Mutual Insurance.
Nationwide is appealing the judge's decision and asking for another trial.
Lucarell's lawsuit claims that Nationwide created impossible monthly production quotas.
Lucarell claimed that Nationwide enrolled her in an executive program, but withheld funding from her agency and forced her to quit by creating what she described as intolerable working conditions.
