WARREN, Ohio - A judge handed down the sentence for a man accused of killing a mother and her teenage daughter.
Thirty-nine-year old Melvin Turner was sentenced to serve 19 years in prison after pleading guilty to charges which included involuntary manslaughter.
Turner was the last of five people convicted in the 2009 murder of 28-year-old Wilneice Green and her 13-year-old daughter Ja'Brayasia at their Northgate Drive home in Liberty Township.
