WARREN, Ohio - A Masury man accused of breaking his female neighbor's wrist was found guilty of felonious assault Tuesday in the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas.

Richard Williams, 33, was accused of the assault after neighbors became involved in a domestic situation between Williams and his mother in October 2011.

A police report from the Brookfield Police Department states Sheila Brakeman, also of Masury, attempted to break up a dispute between Williams and his mother at which point Williams shoved Brakeman to the ground breaking her left wrist.

Brakeman's husband then pinned Williams to the ground, according to the report, but Williams had broken free and left the scene by the time police arrived.

Police located and arrested Williams later that day.

Judge Ronald Rice ordered a presentencing investigation on Williams.
