YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The Valley is nearing the season for severe storms. Emergency management agencies in Ohio tested their warning sirens Wednesday morning.

Columbiana County officials report that all of their sirens are operating. Three of Mahoning Counties 54 sirens did not sound. Plans are being made for repairs.

Trumbull County officials could not be reached for comment.
