PULASKI TOWNSHIP, Pennsylvania - Pulaski police are investigating a case of hazardous waste dumping.

According to the township's Facebook page, the road department found discarded syringes and a spoon at Evergreen Road and Route 422.

Police say they also found a baggie of suspected heroin.

The department's web page says the items could have been hazardous to someone not trained in proper handling of syringes.
