YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio- A Mahoning County grand jury hands up a 19-count indictment against two people in connection with the death of 14 year old Teddy Foltz.

This afternoon the Mahoning County Prosecutor Paul Gaines held a news conference on the murder case. 43 year old Zaryl Bush is indicted on two alternative counts of murder, one count of involuntary manslaughter, one count of felonious assault and six counts of child endangering.

The child endangering charges are not only in regard to Teddy Foltz, but his ten year old twin brothers as well. Bush is also indicted on two counts of intimidation, for allegedly threatening Flotz's brothers.

32 year old Shane Widdershaim, Teddy's mother is indicted on involuntary manslaughter, child endangering and obstructing justice.

Zaryl Bush had also been charged with rape early on in this case, but Gains says the grand jury did not have sufficient evidence to indict Bush on that charge.
