YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio- A criminal complaint has been filed against one of three suspects for drug trafficking after a seven month investigation.

Cornelius Butler, III, Jamie Hancock and Javon Hancock were listed in an affidavit filed on Tuesday, March, 5th as drug traffickers, specifically with heroin.
