YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Some good news about the group of dogs taken out of deplorable conditions, at a kennel in Berlin Center on Thursday.

The dogs are getting cleaned up and cared for at Animal Charity.

The director says nearly 20 of the pooches could soon be in foster care.

"We actually sent home already eight and nine to go home between today and tomorrow and we even have people here now currently putting out contracts on a few more," said Talia Musolino, Director of Animal Charity.

Authorities say the kennel's operator, Heather Culver, was selling the dogs online. She faces 28 charges in court next week.
