BATESVILLE, Ind., March 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HRC) announced today that it has elected William H. (Hank) Kucheman to its Board of Directors.  Kucheman recently served as interim Chief Executive Officer for Boston Scientific Corporation.  During his tenure with Boston Scientific, he held senior business leadership roles, including Executive Vice President and Group President of the Cardiology, Rhythm and Vascular Group and global marketing roles, such as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Cardiovascular.  Kucheman has also served on the board of directors of the Global Health Exchange.
