With their donation, the Ronald McDonald House will continue to provide affordable temporary housing to families of hospitalized children.

The Dallas lawyers at The Law Offices of W.T. Johnson made a donation to the Ronald McDonald house of Dallas last month.

The attorneys made this donation in order to help the nonprofit continue to provide affordable temporary housing to the families of children with serious illnesses or injuries. The Ronald McDonald House of Dallas aims to serve as a “home away from home” for families with children who are hospitalized or receiving treatment in Dallas hospitals.

The Ronald McDonald House has served Dallas since 1981. Each year, the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas serves more than 2,000 families with an average stay of seven days.

“Having a sick child is stressful,” said David Crowe, an attorney on the W.T. Johnson team. “The Ronald McDonald House helps families by taking away the stress of finding nutritious food or a place to sleep. We’re proud to be able to help families through one of the hardest times anyone can go through.”

This donation is part of The Law Offices of W.T. Johnson’s community impact strategy. Each month, the firm donates to five Dallas-area nonprofit organizations in an effort to improve the quality of life for people living in the Dallas metroplex. In addition to the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas, the firm donates to the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, Operation Kindness, the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas and the Cancer Support Community of North Texas.
