Great Groceries: Slow-Cooker Ham

Slow-Cooker Ham

Try a boneless ham this year, Sparkle's are fully cooked and are perfect for heating in the slow cooker.

1 (6 to 8) lb. fully cooked boneless ham

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1 tsp. ground mustard

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 tsp. prepared horseradish

1/3 cup cola, divided

Score the surface of the ham with shallow diagonal cuts, making diamond shapes.

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, ground mustard, Dijon mustard, horseradish and 2 tablespoons cola. Rub over ham. Transfer to a 5-quart slow cooker. Add remaining cola to the bottom of the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, until heated through.
