Vaughn indicted on trafficking heroin and involuntary manslaughter

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A Youngstown man has been indicted on trafficking in heroin and involuntary manslaughter charges.

The Grand Jury of the State of Ohio found that Jamal Vaughn involuntarily caused the death of Jessica Porter in February of 2012.

Vaughn was one of eight people arrested as part of a burglary ring involving seven Mahoning County communities last August.

No arraignment date has been set.
