This year it is with great pleasure that Joe Mineo of Something New Events takes on a more involved role with the WFMJ Today Wedding.

Joe will use his extensive experience in producing weddings, parties, and gala events to take this year's wedding to new heights.

Description of Something New Events: 

Something New Events is an award-winning event design company founded  in 1987 in Youngstown, Ohio by Joseph Mineo.  Something New has grown to become a national, cutting-edge total event décor firm. Joe and his talented team approach every client with personalized attention to detail in order to create unique, one-of-a- kind environments.  

Whether your event is an intimate affair for 15 or an elaborate production for 1, 500, Something New Events provides the highest level of customer service while executing your special occasion flawlessly. 

As founder of Something New Events, Joe Mineo brings both extensive knowledge and experience to his clients. Joe has been a long-standing member of AIFD-American Institute of Floral Designers where he has attended many national symposiums to stay on the cutting edge of the floral industry. 

Joe also attends both Event Solutions Expo and Special Events Convention every year to obtain the most current and up-to-date trends in the party industry. He was a speaker this past January at The Special Event Chicago, where he also won three Gala Event Design Awards.  He attends each of these conferences  with the sole mission of bringing his clients and the Youngstown area  the most unique props and innovation techniques available.

Joe has the unique ability to see what the client wants, and he knows how to deliver the vision of the client by combining elements of design, theater, graphics, lighting, and sound. Joe brings innovative design to his events both locally and nationally creating unforgettable events.
