BOARDMAN, Ohio - The on-going Teamsters strike at Republic Services Allied Waste is not yet causing significant problems for trash pick-ups.
A check with restaurants and businesses in Boardman found that none are experiencing any trash build up due to a lack of service.
21 News did see company trucks on the road and making pick-ups in Trumbull county Tuesday.
Republic Services Allied Waste has assured customers that while normal service may be delayed they are working to make normal pick-ups as soon as possible.
The next meting between management and the union is scheduled for April 23.
