INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – Youngstown State redshirt freshman D.J. Holub has been named Horizon League Men's Golfer of the Week, while Loyola junior April Ohlendorf and Cleveland State senior Ariel Sparrow have been named Horizon League Women's Golfer of the Week.

Holub had the best finish of his career this past weekend at the Rutherford Intercollegiate. The Reminderville, Ohio native got better every round during the event, shooting an opening round 76, followed by a 73 and finished the tournament with a 72 to finish in a tie for fourth out of a 75-person field that featured teams from Minnesota, Penn State, Maryland, Connecticut, Seton Hall and Rutgers among others.

Ohlendorf recorded the two lowest rounds in the field at the Loyola Invitational as she claimed medalist honors by eight strokes. The junior from Wales, Wis., shot a first round 80 and a final 78 as she helped Loyola to the team title.
