New CVS minute clinic opens

BOARDMAN, Ohio - If you need to see a doctor and you just can't get an appointment, the new minute clinic is now open

The clinic is located inside the CVS pharmacy in Boardman at the corner of 224 and Market Street.

A nurse practitioner keeps hours seven days a week and you don't need an appointment to be seen for a whole list of illnesses.

"It makes it conveinent because people are here shopping for other things anyway and they are filling their perscriptions see the minute clinic and then get your script filled," said nurse practitioner Amanda Anderson.

The clinic takes all major insurance plans and you can pay out of pocket if you are uninsured.

    State Route 11 is getting a facelift.
