AUSTINTOWN, Ohio - A verdict is reached in the trial of an Austintown man charged in a deadly hit and run accident.

A jury found Eric Brady guilty of vehicular homicide. Police say that in January 2009, Brady's car crossed into oncoming traffic on Meridian road slamming into another vehicle.

Brady was found not guilty of fleeing and the incident was not aggravated vehicular homicide.

The driver of that other car, Kim Sullivan, was killed in that crash. Brady will be sentenced on Monday.
