Jordan Brown's attorney wants his client released

LAWRENCE COUNTY, Pennsylvania - Jordan Brown's attorney wants to free his client as soon as possible.

A hearing is scheduled Monday to decide if Brown should be released until another trial can be held for him.

Brown has been in custody since he was found delinquent for allegedly murdering Kenzie Houk and her unborn child when he was just 11-years- old.

Superior Court has ordered a new trial for the boy who is now a teenager.
