Man reported dead after dispute, alive and hospitalized

MAHONING TWP., PA- A man who was reported dead after a domestic dispute on Sunday evening is actually alive and hospitalized.

Joseph Lupo 50, was involved in a domestic dispute with Caroline Lupo, 50, and was shot in the head. Caroline Lupo was shot in the leg and stomach.

Police say they believe Joseph Lupo shot Carolyn Lupo, then turned the weapon on himself.
 
They reported on Monday that Joseph Lupo had died from the gunshot wound, but are saying today that he has not died.
The shooting occurred at 4812 W. Main st. in Mahoning Twp. around 11:15 p.m.

Both were transported to St. Elizabeth Medical Center.
