Champion Township gets feedback from residents with quality-of-life survey

Posted: Updated:

CHAMPION, Ohio - A quality of life community survey gets underway this week to ask residents how they feel about where they live.

Residents and business owners are being asked to evaluate life in community today and what suggestions they might have for the future.

It's part of a comprehensive plan by the Trumbull County Planning Commission to get input on future development and growth in the township.

"The object is to plan for the future; to look at what the physical needs of the township are and not only planning for the future, but assessing what they've got now. Are there any current deficiencies? Where are those deficiencies? What's it going to cost to fix them?" says William Miller of Trumbull County Planning.

Copies of the survey are available at the township hall, various Champion businesses and also online at championtownship.org. They should be completed by June 10th.
