YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A man accused of shooting and killing a 20-year-old woman as she held an infant last week was in court Wednesday afternoon.

Willie Wilks, 41, pleaded not guilty to charges including aggravated murder for the death of Ororo Wilkins, 20.

Wilkins was shot in the head while she held her four-month-old niece on the porch of the family's house on Park Avenue.

Wilks also served prison time in 1991 for manslaughter.

If convicted of Wilkins' death, Wilks could face the death penalty.
