Suspect in geese deaths surrenders

BOARDMAN, Ohio - Boardman Police have arrested a man who they say is responsible for driving into a flock of geese near Walmart.

36-year-old Jason Logiudice of Youngstown turned himself into police this afternoon.

Police had received several tips about a pick-up truck they believe purposely drove into the flock of geese on Doral Drive killing three of the animals.

Logiudice has been charged with cruelty to animals and has been ordered to appear in court Thursday.
