Austintown Hollywood slots seeks employees

AUSTINTOWN, Ohio - New jobs will soon be available for Valley residents interested in working at Hollywood Gaming at the Mahoning Valley Race Course scheduled to open next summer in at route 46 and Interstate 80.

The thoroughbred race track and slots facility will be seeking employees in a wide variety of job categories, including VLT operations, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance and facilities, parking, wardrobe, security and surveillance, and racing operations, as well as in administrative positions.

Job postings for the new facility will begin by early in 2014 and the facility is expected to open in the summer of 2014.

Interested applicants can register online, submit a resume and receive e-mail notification when jobs are posted for the $125 million gaming complex.

Applicants are able to register through Facebook and LinkedIn accounts.

Penn National Gaming, developer of Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course, will also conduct job fairs in the community once the hiring process begins.
