Wrong way crashes up in Ohio

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Ohio State Highway Patrol released a report illustrating the dangers of wrong-way drivers on divided roads.

The report says between January 2011 and April 2013, 60 wrong way crashes resulted in 31 fatalities and 85 injuries.

More than half of the wrong way drivers were suspected of alcohol or drug impairment.

4 out of 5 wrong way crashes occurred at night.

    Recently, Warren has been talking about raising the age for tobacco sales to 21. Councilwoman, Helen Rucker, told 21 News that there will be a meeting on Tuesday, June 19, at 5:00 p.m. to discuss the issue.  The meeting will be held in Warren in the Council Caucus Room of the Warren Police Department.
