Mercer County commissioner arrested for DUI

HERMITAGE, Pa. - A Mercer County commissioner was arrested for driving under the influence Saturday morning.

Commissioner Brian Beader was stopped at Buhl Farm Road and State Route 62 due to erratic driving.

A report from Pennsylvania State Police shows police found that he was intoxicated and took him into custody.

Charges are pending the results of a blood-alcohol content test.

Calls to Beader have not been returned.
