No government help for Trumbull County flood victims

WARREN, Ohio - People mopping up after this weeks heavy rainfall and floods in Trumbull County will not qualify for federal flood assistance.

The County Emergency Management Agency tells 21 news that victims of yesterday's high water levels in Leavittsburg will have to foot the bill the cover the cost of their clean up effort.

The agency says no money will be available to assist with flood damage.

Trumbull County EMA says the affected areas are not large enough to qualify for  assistance from the Federal Emergency  Management Agency.
