Posted: Updated:

WARREN, Ohio - Significant water damage has ruined a part of Trumbull County history.

Archives kept in the basement of the Stone Building, located on High Street, were destroyed when the basement flooded during Wednesday night's storm.

The Records Manager says about 10 percent of the documents were damaged.

A company based out of Wampum, Pennsylvania has been hired to salvage what they can of the damaged material.

The cost of the project is estimated at about $100,000.
