Struthers Police Detective Jeff Lewis tells 21 News that officers found the seven boys walking in the area of Elm Court and Garfield street at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday with three stolen bikes.

Police say the boys, ranging in age from 9 to 14-years-old, were outside long after the city's 11 p.m. curfew.

The juveniles are charged with curfew violation. Police say the boys were staying with 29-year -old Katrina Haskins at a home on Sexton Avenue. Haskins was cited for violating the parental responsibility law.

One of the stolen bikes has already been claimed. Police say owners of the two remaining  bicycles can claim them at the Struthers Police Department at 6 Elm Street.
