NILES, Ohio - The owner of a Niles massage parlor appears before a judge to answer allegations that she tried to bribe a city inspector.

70-year-old Chong Suk Williams of Mercer Pa. entered no plea to two counts of bribery in Niles Municipal Court Monday.

Williams was arrested Friday after a fire department inspector reported that she gave him cash on two separate occasions when he was inspecting Susie Kim's Spa on Youngstown Warren Road.

The inspector took pictures of the cash to use as evidence, then returned the money.

City officials say the inspection was needed because Susie Kim's lost it's license in June.

She is free on $5,000 bond. Her next hearing is scheduled for September 6.
