Man wounded on Youngstown's north side

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Police are investigating a shooting on Youngstown's north side.

It happened around 8:15 Sunday evening, near the intersection of Dogwood Lane and Buckeye Court.

Police say a man suffered gunshot wounds to the leg and an arm.

 He was transported by ambulance to Saint Elizabeth's hospital, with injuries described as "non-life-threatening."

 No word on his identity or condition.
