Shooting in Youngstown sends one man to the hospital

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - One man was sent to the hospital Saturday night after a fight that led to gunfire.

Police responded to the scene in front of 1365 East High Avenue at 11 p.m. They found William A. McClain, 39, shot and lying face down and moving.

Police also found a silver Jeep Grand Cherokee with several bullet holes, parked half on the grass and half on the street.

The driver identified himself to police and was taken in to custody for questioning.

McClain was taken to St. Elizabeth's Hospital and the vehicle was towed.

Police are still investigating the shooting and no one has been arrested at this time.
