YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A 55-year-old Struthers man who was accused of molesting a girl from the time she was eight-years-old until she was 12, now awaits sentencing.

James Fetty pleaded guilty to more than sixty charges in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court on Monday.

Judge Lou D'Apolito ordered an investigation to be completed before he passes sentence.

"Certainly there are so many counts here involving so much pornography and so much that happened to this girl, that we are going to ask for 20-years", said assistant County Prosecutor Becky Doherty.

The judge has a choice of either following the prosecution's recommendation, or levying the state's maximum sentence for each count.

As part of the plea agreement, Fetty will be classified as a tier three sex offender.
